Justin Hartman is a tattooist best known for his signature neo-Traditional style. Though he works well in black and grey as well as realism, his fun spin on American Traditional expands over most of his portfolio. In the latest episode of “Artist Spotlight,” Sullen TV presents an inside look at some of the convention work Hartman has done as well as footage of Hartman getting tattooed by lettering master BJ Betts.
