We Finally See Post Malone’s Kansas City Chiefs Tattoos

After losing a game of beer pong to Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, Posty had the two stars' names tattooed on his forearm.

Post Malone is a Dallas Cowboys fan. Growing up, his father worked as a concessions manager for the team, so naturally his son became enamored with America’s Team. Malone has made no secret of his fandom, often wearing Cowboys apparel and even getting a custom-made $250,000 necklace with the team’s iconic star. So what the hell is he doing with a Kansas City Chiefs tattoo?

It turns out that the tattoo was the end result of a hotly contested beer pong game, according to TMZ. Shortly after they had become the Super Bowl Champions, Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce were VIP guests at a Post Malone concert. Backstage the NFL stars were greeted by a gracious Malone who challenged them to play some beer pong. Considering that Mahomes is paid handsomely—he just signed a record-breaking new contract—to accurately throw things, you may already see where this is going.

The two NFL stars ran the table against the rapper for quite some time, leading to Malone upping the stakes for one last game, Mahomes recalls in an interview with GQ. The rapper had the players sign a piece of paper, if they were able to defeat him one last time Malone swore that he would end up getting their names tattooed on his forearm.

“He has a tattoo artist literally in the room,” Mahomes told GQ. “I’m like, ‘Dude, you do not actually have to get a tattoo of our autographs.’” But as you can see above, Malone is a man of honor.

Given Malone’s affinity for Bud Light and debauchery, we’re guessing that not many have been able to defeat him at the beer pong table. Then again, he probably hasn’t played against a lot of people who have thrown for 50 TDs and over 5,000 yards in an NFL season. Not to take away from Kelce, who has claimed that he has never been as hot at the table as he was that night.

This truly was an epic game that deserved to be remembered for ever. And now it will be through Post Malone’s tattoo.
