Die Hard is one of the most celebrated action films of all time and to many, it’s their favorite Christmas movie. Released in 1988, Die Hard stars Bruce Willis as John McClane, an NYPD detective who travels to Los Angeles on Christmas Eve to reunited with his wife at a party. However, the party is soon disrupted by Hans Gruber (played by Alan Rickman), a German terrorist, who seizes Nakatomi plaza. McClane must save the day, in turn also saving Christmas.
