Today’s skull of the day pick goes to David Sivak. This Ukrainian artist is best known for his color surrealism, and there is no shortage of that in today’s pick. Rather than just depicting a run-of-the-mill skull, Sivak took it up one notch and created the skull through a smokey illusion. The color contrasts between the darker and lighter hues of red really make this piece stand out from the pack and therefore instantly caught our eye. Tattooing smoke is no easy feat, and making it into an illusion as well is even tougher! For more of our favorite artistic skull tattoos check out our top picks right here.
