Eighteen-year-old Canadian vlogger, Elle Mills, recently gave her best friend, Tavian Palacios, one of the biggest privileges one could bestow upon someone. She let Palacios choose the design for her very first tattoo, and she told him to keep it a secret even from her! So, Palacios did what anyone in his position would do nowadays, he snuck his social media handle in the design for the ultimate plug.
