Rihanna’s New Tribal Tattoo
Eleven hours of work on a hand tattoo has got to hurt, but Rihanna was more than prepared for it.
Eleven hours of work on a hand tattoo has got to hurt, but Rihanna was more than prepared for it. While on tour this week, the singer had her main tattoo artist, Bang Bang, and his fellow artist Cally-Jo, flown out to the Dominican Republic to do some work on Rihanna’s left hand. Perfecting the design itself took about 5 hours of drawing between both Bang Bang and Cally-Jo. Rihanna recently received a traditional Maori tattoo in New Zealand on her right hand, so Bang worked to both incorporate and enhance the previous design with his own creations. And according to Bang, after eleven hours of work, Rihanna is in love with her newest ink addition.
