Although honesty is an important part of every romantic relationship, that doesn’t mean it’s ok to fat shame your significant other. Weigh and body image are sensitive subjects for many men and women—and tough love can turn to shaming very quickly. A college student in Oregon experienced this her relationship just a few weeks ago, but instead of keeping quiet, she shared her experience on social media. And while she may not have received emotional support from her boyfriend, Twitter was quick to show her plenty of love.
