Razzouk Tattoo

Razzouk Tattoo Studios

Old City of Jerusalem, Israel

Razzouk Tattoo in Jerusalem represents one of the oldest continuously operating tattoo traditions in the world, carried forward by the Razzouk family for more than 700 years and 28 generations. The family’s story begins in Egypt, where Coptic Christians practiced the tradition of tattooing small crosses on the wrists of believers as a permanent mark of faith and belonging to the Church.

Nearly 500 years ago, members of the Razzouk family traveled to Jerusalem on pilgrimage and chose to settle in the Holy Land. There, the tradition evolved into something unique: tattooing Christian pilgrims visiting Jerusalem as a lasting reminder of their spiritual journey. Over the centuries, pilgrims from around the world have visited the Razzouk family to receive tattoos marking their time in the city where their faith was born.

Today, the tradition continues in the Old City of Jerusalem, where Razzouk Tattoo blends centuries-old heritage with modern tattoo craftsmanship. The studio is especially known for preserving the use of ancient hand-carved wooden tattoo stamps which date back hundreds of years. These historic stamps are still used to apply traditional Coptic and Christian designs before tattooing, allowing pilgrims to receive a symbol that connects them directly to generations of history.

Alongside these traditional designs, the artists at Razzouk Tattoo create a wide range of contemporary work, welcoming visitors from across the globe. More than just a tattoo studio, Razzouk Tattoo represents a living cultural tradition—where faith, history, and artistry meet in the heart of Jerusalem.

ALL DAY Tattoo

All Day Tattoo

ALL DAY Tattoo has quietly set the standard for professional tattooing in Southeast Asia. Based in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit district, the studio draws serious collectors and first-timers alike from across the globe – not through hype, but through an obsessive commitment to getting every detail right.

Over 2,600 five-star Google reviews, all earned without incentives, make it the highest rated tattoo studio in the region. Behind that reputation sits a fully licensed facility using only FDA-approved inks, hospital-grade sterilization, and a team of 20+ resident artists working across every style from fine-line to full sleeves.

For Western visitors navigating Bangkok’s crowded tattoo scene, ALL DAY is the rare studio that matches the standards they’d expect at home: English-speaking staff, transparent pricing, and zero pressure. It’s the kind of destination where the work speaks louder than the marketing ever could.

Twin Freaks Tattoo

Porto, Portugal

Twin Freaks Tattoo is a studio in downtown Porto, Portugal, run by longtime friends Carlos Breakone and Rockin Rabbit. The studio emphasizes collaborative idea development, crafting unique pieces, and building genuine connections with clients and the local community. Both owners have backgrounds in art education, giving their work well-defined and recognizable styles.

Carlos Breakone brings experience in graffiti, mural painting, and graphic design, along with years as an illustrator. He incorporates this diverse skill set into his tattoo work, delivering dynamic, colorful interpretations of the neotraditional style. His focus is on large-scale, one-of-a-kind storytelling pieces.

Rockin Rabbit shares a background in graphic design and illustration and was a schoolmate of Carlos. After years of guest spots and conventions across Europe, she developed a distinctive illustrative style blending neotraditional, blackwork, and psychedelic influences. This approach results in her high-contrast, whimsical “Bunnyverse” tattoos, recognizable by their signature googly-eyed characters.
