Beachside Bombshells
Inked Magazine’s 2024 Cover Girl competition winners strut their beauty and body art beachside.
For seven years, the Inked Cover Girl competition has brought together thousands of tattooed women from across the country, each showcasing their personal stories through the art of ink. This year, four incredible women earned top spots through public votes and were photographed on the vibrant streets of Miami Beach by renowned photographer Christopher Kolk.
The 2024 Inked Cover Girl, Toni-Lynn Noe, had the ultimate experience — flying privately to the stunning glamping resort Other Side in Eleuthera, Bahamas, for a dream photoshoot. Beyond celebrating individuality and creativity, the competition proudly supports MusiCares, aligning with its mission to provide a safety net of health and human services to the music community.
Toni-Lynn Noe
The 2024 Inked Cover Girl takes island vibes to a new level.
After months of competing, 28-year-old Arizona native Noe emerged as the 2024 Inked Cover Girl, earning an exclusive tattoo session with famed tattoo artist Ryan Ashley and an exclusive photoshoot. This win is not only a chance for Noe to propel her modeling career, but also a platform to share her story, show off some ink, and celebrate her loved ones.
Noe is a force to be reckoned with. She embodies fierce independence and a determination to overcome life’s challenges and create a legacy for her youngest son, Easton. She has turned the unimaginable pain of losing her son, Kayden, into the strength to build a better future for her family. In 2019, Kayden suffered a life-altering brain injury, and Toni devoted herself to being his full-time caregiver; she remained steadfast by his side until his passing in 2022.
Tattoos became a therapeutic way for her to keep Kayden’s memory alive. The Buzz Lightyear rocket ship on her thigh, featuring Kayden’s name and the phrase “I love you to infinity and beyond,” marks the beginning of a leg sleeve dedicated entirely to him. “This tattoo is a way for me to keep his spirit with me forever,” she said. This piece is joined by a depiction of Buzz shooting his laser and will soon feature the evil Emperor Zurg, one of Kayden’s favorite characters.
At age 15, Noe got her first tattoo on her shoulder honoring her grandfather, Anthony, after whom she was named. This simple tribute sparked a lifelong love for body art. Over time, her collection has grown, each piece carrying personal meaning. Beyond family tributes, Noe’s tattoos reflect her passions and personal growth. From the Metallica-inspired pieces, born from her years in Alaska and playing guitar, to the 11:11 on her collarbone symbolizing divine guidance, her ink captures her spirit. Noe recently sat with Ryan Ashley for two full days as she created the stunning piece of a beautiful woman’s face adorned with gems on Noe’s upper left arm.
Despite her tough exterior, Toni is a gentle, genuine, empathetic woman. Though her wounds are always present, she channels that pain into power, using tattoos as a medium of healing and expression. With a heart full of passion and a mind set on success, she’s currently pursuing content creation as she wants to spend as much time as possible with her family.

Jessica Fera
Jessica Fera is a Toronto-based massage therapist who recently started her home practice after 20 years in the business. Not only did this beauty place second in the Inked Cover Girl competition, but Tatu Baby also chose her as the Artist’s Pick and put ink to skin in 2024. “I have a few tattoos inspired by my horoscope sign, and I am lucky enough to have had Tatu Baby create an absolutely stunning piece on my leg inspired by my ‘Taurus lady’ idea,” she said.
Fera has been collecting tattoos since she was 17, some for meaningful memories, like the tribute to her late dog Polly, and others for their intricate details, like the beautifully framed deer head by artist Livia Tsang on the back of her thigh.
Fera is grateful for early morning coffee moments with her husband, John, time with her three stepkids, and walks along the lake with her precious little chihuahua, Coco. She wants to thank those who supported her during the competition as they propelled her to shoot for the stars.

Erika David
Erika David is a 23-year-old Denver native who has collected tattoos for the last seven years, starting with her late grandmother’s signature on her left arm. Since then, she has curated a deeply personal collection, blending meaningful tributes with creative expression.
Many of David’s tattoos honor loved ones, cover scars, or reflect passions like nature, art, and music, such as roses, a dreamcatcher, St. Francis, and St. Jude. She has even ventured into tattooing herself, inking pieces on her skin like a horned skull with a crown on her thigh, symbolic numbers 555 and 222 on her wrist, and a “blessed” tattoo on her hand as a daily reminder of gratitude.
Other faves include a bold, three-dimensional face of a woman on her right thigh and a wishbone design on her belly, which she created in a tattoo session with her favorite artist, Mike Diaz. David is a strong-willed family gal with a love for plants, cats, and, of course, meaningful ink. Her advice? “Never doubt yourself. If you think you can do it, you can. Don’t let anyone’s words affect your journey — this is your one life, so live it your way.”

Isabella Bloom
A full-time content creator, artist, and writer, Isabella Bloom has channeled her passion for the arts into a bold tattoo collection. Her first piece was a rite of passage — ink she got after applying for an apprenticeship at a Gainesville, Florida, tattoo shop. “When I first started, I got a lot more American-traditional style tattoos. For example, I have a Bert Grimm Queen of Hearts on my right forearm; I typically leaned more on the ‘tough’ side of the spectrum,” she explained. “Now, I’ve really gravitated more towards softer themes — mostly animals and nature tattoos. I also used to love color, but now I only want black and grey.” Bloom’s next piece will likely be an owl, inspired by a recent stay in Topanga, California.
Beyond ink, her life is all about creativity. With a background in musical theater, vocal training, and classical piano, she’s also a cinephile, audiophile, and lover of fine dining and travel. A proud 30-year-old Capricorn thriving in Chicago, Bloom encourages women to come together and support each other. Fun fact: She loves to curl up with her cats Gomez and Morticia.
