Aaron Carter Reveals Giant Colorful Face Tattoo

What do you think of Aaron Carter's new tattoo?

If we’ve learned anything in the past few years, it’s that Aaron Carter loves face tattoos. Now if you haven’t kept up with the “I Want Candy” singer, this probably comes at quite the shock. However, Carter has come along way from wishing Lizzie McGuire a Merry Christmas and has embraced the inked lifestyle in full force.

Carter’s newest face tattoo is his most colorful piece yet. The tattoo is a large blue butterfly on the right side of his forehead with watercolor splotches. He also received a tattoo of the name “Prince,” for his son below his eye, the word “Karma” above his eyebrow and the word “Freedom” on his forehead. Carter’s new tattoo may not be the best technical work we’ve ever seen and we could have definitely recommend a handful of better artists for the job. However, the piece does have important significance.

Carter shared that the butterfly is an homage to his late sister Leslie Carter, who passed away in 2012 at the age of 25 from a drug overdose.

“Life is such a valuable learning lesson, IF you always it to be that,” Carter shared in a post of the tattoo. “With that being said, this is my body and this tattoo by @tattoo_mike_13 is to commemorate the passing of of my sister Leslie Barbara Carter. She was an amazing my mother and was nothing more than someone I admired. I always wanted to make her proud. Leslie I know you’re in paradise. I do feel you inside. The things you taught me and your favorite color being blue you were a Gemini and you were fearless.”

Carter goes on to explain that this piece is also a coverup of an existing tattoo, the name “Melanie” for the mother of his son. “And yes. This is a coverup but I will Laos not allow my face to be with one who clearly hasn’t show she loves me its good. My heart heals fast,” Carter shared on his post. Carter had gotten this tattoo back in March of 2020 and the couple split for the second time back in February 2022.
