Bam Margera Gets a Face Tattoo of His Son’s Name
The former "Viva La Bam" and "Jackass" star had his son Phoenix's name tattooed in Arabic
Bam Margera has always lived his life by his own set of rules. That devil may care attitude is what initially made him a star, so he’d have to do something pretty outlandish to shock us. And if shock was what he expected to illicit out of his latest tattoo, well, he fell short. If anything is surprising it’s that it took this long for him to get a face tattoo. Or that when he chose to do so he did it in a shop and not, oh, I don’t know, on a jeep speeding through the desert.
Last week Margera visited Tribal Arts Tattoo Studio in Escondido, California, where he had his son Phoenix’s name in Arabic tattooed just above his right eyebrow.

The tattooer goes by the handle of Gray Wake Tattoo, had no idea Margera was coming in and did it as a walk-in. According to TMZ, Margera came prepared with the design already on his phone. After figuring out the perfect placement, Gray Wake did the tattoo.
The tattoo takes on some added weight considering the custody battle Margera is currently in with his former wife Nikki Boyd. Margera spoke to that while posting a picture of the tattoo with a caption reading, “I miss Phoenix the wolf so much I had to to get his name tattooed on my fuckin face to remind Nikki she is breaking my heart by not letting me see him.”

Margera has had a rough couple of years fighting to become sober. Hopefully, he’ll be able to conquer his demons soon.
