Spurs point guard Dejounte Murray got a tattoo of a “mean face” on his shoulder because, as he says, “I’m a SAVAGE!!!!” Well, it seems that LSU running back Derrius Guice apparently has the same opinion of himself, but he chose a more literal representation of that sentiment for his massive back tattoo.

Much like Dejounte Murray, Guice has been virtually crucified on social media for his new tattoo, whose presence on Instagram was, not surprisingly, short-lived. The 19-year-old ended up deleting the tattoo post, but not before Sports Illustrated shared a screenshot of the tat on Twitter, along with the caption: “One word to describe LSU RB Derrius Guice’s new tattoo – ‘SAVAGE.’” Dozens of people have commented on the Sports Illustrated Twitter post over the past few days, basically tearing Guice apart for his poor decision-making skills, and calling the back tat everything from “terrible” and “gaudy,” to downright “shitty.” One particularly salty follower wrote, “That’s awful. His tattoo artist should be ashamed of that mess.”
