James Charles Denies Rumors He Got a Butthole Tattoo
Do you believe the rumors?
James Charles is one of the most subscribed to beauty YouTubers on the platform, standing in at an impressive 22.6 million. He’s frequently the subject of YouTube drama and tabloid news, coming into new controversies left and right. However, his latest scandal is something that none of us saw coming.
Yesterday, a video of a man getting tattooed went viral and many believed it to be the beauty YouTuber. The video shows a man lying on his back while an artist tattoos his inner thigh/butt. The client is screaming in pain, naked and has a wad of paper towels in his mouth. Because of the the similarities in hair styles between the two men, this led many to believe Charles was in the viral video.

Many people were fooled by this video, including rapper CupcakKe who shared the video to her page. This led Charles to respond to her personally, writing “girl that ain’t me” and CupcakKe swiftly took down the post. Charles has yet to make a statement on his personal page about the alleged connections to the video.

Now, here are our thoughts. Yes, both Charles and the client has similar hair styles. Sure, we *could* imagine Charles getting a strange tattoo because he’s a YouTuber and they do these things. But many have failed to address that this client has a GIANT Japanese back tattoo. Come on guys, don’t you think if Charles had this tattoo we would have heard about it? These tattoos take months to complete and based on the amount of skin Charles shows on Instagram, there’s no way he could hide a tattoo that goes down to the knees. Nice try, but you can’t fool us.
