Rapper Stitches Gets a Brutal Face Tattoo
The rapper got a sick addition to his tattoo collection from Miami's Omar Fame.
Stitches aren’t going to help heal this rapper’s face, that shit’s permanent. That’s the point.
Stitches, the Miami-based rapper behind hits like “Molly Cyrus,” already had an extensive collection of face tattoos when he visited tattoo artist Omar Fame on Wednesday. Fame added a brutal ripped skin piece to Stitches’ cheek, making it look as if his flesh is decomposing and ripping apart at the seams.
There was a period a couple of years back when ripped skin tattoos were all the rage. People would show their skin ripping to reveal Spiderman’s outfit, and frankly, it was a little cheesy. This tattoo by Fame should not be confused with corny pieces like that. Stitches’ facial skin is ripping away, but beneath there is nothing but blood, muscles and bone.
The most impressive thing about the new piece is the way it stands out amid the busy canvas that is Stitches’ face. Despite the “Fuck a Job,” “Cocaine,” a Tupac portrait and the spider tattoos, the gory work by Fame demands all of your attention.
The new tattoo is actually a cover-up of some existing work already on Stitches’ face—a portrait of two children.
As Stitches revealed in his Instagram Stories, this tattoo is just the first step in a process.
Given how sick this first addition looks, we can’t wait to see all of Fame’s vision realized.

Tattoo enthusiasts often claim addiction, but true addiction involves chemical and psychological dependence. Obsessive love for tattoos is not the same as addiction.
