How Tattooed Celebs Are Quarantining
With everything shut down, celebrities are taking to social media to show the ways they're filling the hours.
A heck of a lot of what we do here at Inked is reporting on celebrities as they get tattoos. It’s silly, frivolous fun that helps lighten the mood in a crazy world. But with almost the entire country under orders to stay at home, even celebrities aren’t getting tattooed these days. (Just a quick note to support your favorite tattoo artists any way you can, the industry is hurting right now as we do what we can to stop the spread of this deadly virus.)
To give you some lighter fare to distract you from everything, we checked in on some of our favorite celebrities to see how they’re doing. It turns out that everybody is handling the quarantine a little differently. Check out some of the more interesting folks down below.
The Rock has been spending a lot of time cooking cheat meals and enjoying tequila.
Cardi B has been very concerned about people’s well being during the crisis, posting a ton of videos discussing it. She also went off on a fan’s tattoo.
Cara Delevingne is fostering a couple of adorable pups during the quarantine.
Ozzy Osbourne has been carefully washing his hands… and everything else too.
You may not be able to go out and see any live music during these times, but Travis Barker has been cranking out videos of him playing along with all sorts of different songs.
Vanessa Hudgens wasn’t too pleased to be quarantined at first. She posted an Instagram Live saying that, “Even if everybody gets it, like yeah, people are going to die, which is terrible… but inevitable?” Hudgens quickly found herself in a media firestorm for the insensitivity of her comments. She has since apologized, removed comments from her Instagram and urged people to stay home in almost all of her subsequent posts. Perhaps it’ll be a learning experience.
Steve O has been social distancing in his mobile home, driving out into the middle of nowhere and taking in the scenery. He’s also been using the space as a podcast studio, where nobody can be six feet away from each other, but hopefully that was before the quarantine.
Miley Cyrus has launched a daytime talk show on her Instagram Live. It’s called “Bright Minded” and it’s basically Miley talking to her friends and others while trying to keep spirits up during the quarantine.
Tekashi69 is still under confinement due to COVID-19, but it’s a much different confinement than what he’s been used to. The rapper was released from prison last week to finish his sentence under house arrest.
Kat Von D has been making use of all the extra time on her hands to sew Victorian lampshades. Take a look, it’s actually much cooler than it sounds.
Ryan Ashley, who also happens to be on the cover of the latest issue of Inked, has been spending a lot of quality time hanging out with herself.
And lastly, Jack Black. Yeah, I know that he doesn’t have any tattoos, but this silly dance has brought me so much joy over the last week. It’s the best. Stay home and stay safe, friends.

Tattoo enthusiasts often claim addiction, but true addiction involves chemical and psychological dependence. Obsessive love for tattoos is not the same as addiction.
