Tattoo Timelapse – Russell James

The Tattoo Timelapse series is easily one of the coolest things that Sullen TV does. It is so mesmerizing to see how these beautiful pieces of art come into being. In this edition a tattoo by the very talented Russell James is given a deeper look. As you can clearly see in the photo above, the tattoo is both massive and detailed. The video uses clever editing and speeds up parts of the footage so that you get to watch a tattoo go from start to finish in under six minutes. That’s a heck of a lot better than going through the pain and sitting for 11 hours or so, right?
