Inked Man of the Month: Mike Chabot on Tattoos, Neuroscience, and Rebuilding Life

From Rebel to CEO Coach, Mike Chabot Wears His Story in Ink and Action

This March, Mike Chabot takes the spotlight as Inked Man of the Month, a tattooed entrepreneur and performance coach whose body art tells a story of resilience, transformation, and relentless pursuit of human potential. At his core, Mike is obsessed with helping people optimize their minds and lives, but beyond coaching, he is a devoted father, husband, and founder.

“I’m just a guy obsessed with human potential,” Mike says. “My journey’s been a wild one, I went from being a rebel questioning everything to going bankrupt at 24, and then completely rebuilding my life from the ground up.” Today, he lives in Medellín, Colombia, with his wife, two kids, and two French Bulldogs. When he’s not coaching high-level CEOs and entrepreneurs, he runs Enhans, a supplement brand focused on brain optimization and peak performance.

Tattoos as a Personal Narrative

For Mike, tattoos are more than art. They are a way to wear your story and create a permanent reminder of your values and experiences.

“I’ve always been drawn to art, and tattoos felt like the ultimate way to wear your story on your sleeve, literally,” he explains. “When I was younger, there was a bit of the ‘bad boy’ appeal, but it quickly became deeper. It’s about creating art that has personal meaning and finding the artist who can bring your vision to life.”

His first tattoo, featuring the Roman Colosseum and an hourglass, reflected his gladiator spirit. “The hourglass reminds me that time is our most precious asset, once it’s gone you can’t get it back. That first sleeve set the tone for all my tattoos, Roman themes, strength, and valuing every second.”

Tattoos With Meaning

Every tattoo Mike has carries significance, but one currently stands out: his Egyptian piece. Fascinated with ancient Egypt since childhood, he even designed his own room with Egyptian motifs. “Getting that history and mysticism onto my skin felt like a full-circle moment,” he says. “The realism is incredible, and the artist nailed the vision I had in my head for years.”

Mike has several major projects in progress. His back is now a blank canvas, ready for a massive custom piece he is fully redesigning. He also has unfinished work on his chest and arms from previous collaborations, and he is considering a neck tattoo, but is waiting until the timing and design are perfect. “It has to be 100 percent right,” he says.

Passions Beyond Ink

Mike’s life balances intensity with curiosity. He is deeply invested in his companies, Enhans and his coaching programs, exploring neuroscience, identity work, and spirituality. At the same time, he embraces his geek side, loving electronics, anime, and gaming. When decompressing, you’ll often find him in World of Warcraft.

“People usually see the tattoos and physique and make assumptions,” Mike laughs. “They’re often shocked to learn I’m an identity coach for CEOs and a total tech geek. That’s the part of my identity I love most.”

Being Inked Man of the Month

Mike previously appeared in Inked years ago, but this feature marks a “version 2.0” moment. “I’m in a completely different season of life, I’m a father now, I’ve grown my businesses, and I’ve matured a lot. It’s a cool way to share this new, more grounded version of myself with the world,” he says.

What’s Next

Currently, Mike is focused on the re-launch of Enhans, his supplement brand, which he paused for over a year due to mold intoxication that affected his health. “Now that I’m back in Medellín and feeling 100 percent again, I’m finally bringing those products to the world,” he says.

He is also rolling out an updated version of his identity coaching program to help men optimize their mental “hardware” and reach the next level of personal and professional success.
