For the past 21 years, Villain Arts have put on the Philadelphia Tattoo Convention and over time, it’s become one of the biggest expos in the world. Gathering artists and enthusiasts from around the globe, the Philadelphia Tattoo Convention brings together the best in the business for three a year.
