On January 9th, 2011 the animated sitcom “Bob’s Burgers” debuted on Fox and introduced audiences worldwide to the Belcher family. The Belcher family are the protagonists of the show and the patriarch, Bob, runs a burger restaurant. Bob is voiced by H. Jon Benjamin, who also voices Sterling Archer in “Archer.” Bob is known for being stubborn, pessimistic and hard working—putting all his effort into running the family business and supporting his family. Linda is Bob’s wife and the mother to their three children. She’s voiced by John Roberts and known for her fun-loving, enthusiastic and eccentric personality. The eldest Belcher child is Tina, voiced by Dan Mintz, who’s awkward, insecure and boy crazy. The middle Belcher child is Gene, voiced by Eugene Mirman, who’s carefree, funny and creative. And last, but not least, Louise is the youngest Belcher and is voiced by Kristen Schaal. Louise is the most intelligent Belcher child, but also known for being scheming, cynical and mischievous. Other characters appear frequently in the show, whether as friends, family or acquaintances to the Belcher parents or their children. Some of the most popular reoccurring characters include Bob’s best friend Teddy (often referred to as Uncle Teddy), Tina’s crush Jimmy Pesto Jr. and Linda’s sister Gayle.
In the almost 10 years that “Bob’s Burgers” has been on the air the show has debuted over 200 episodes. Along the way, the family has gone on plenty of adventures and fans have fallen in love with their quirky personalities.
