Cyrus posted a black and white video to her Instagram showing the fresh new ink from Nico Bassill on the back of her arm with the caption “#RockNRollHeart.” She then posted another photo with Cody Simpson comparing them both to Billy Idol and Perri Lister as “Tat Queen/King.” This comes hot on the heels of her most recent breaks from her nine-month marriage to Liam Hemsworth and short-term fling Kaitlynn Carter, and sends the clear message that Cyrus is just trying to have a good time after her divorce.
