Celebrate National Tourism Day with wanderlust tattoos
We’re in uncertain times and for many of us, our lives have been put on hold. Prior to the quarantine, we were getting ready for spring break vacations—whether it be to a far off European city or the beach a few towns away. However, tourism has taken a major hit because of COVID-19.
Eventually, our world will bounce back from this virus and we’ll be safe to travel once more. And when that happens, you bet I’ll be planning my next trip. The ability to travel the world is a blessing that’s really only been possible for the masses over the last several decades. Because of modern advancements and access to information about exotic lands, we can see places our ancestors wouldn’t have dreamed of visiting.
So, while it may stink to be cooped up at home for weeks on end, just remember that this isn’t forever and in just a few short months, you might find yourself wandering the Big Apple, exploring the Louvre or hiking to the top of Machu Pichu.
